What is Shipzone?

Shipzone is a multi-carrier shipping platform that lets e-commerce sellers work with several carriers from a single dashboard. Thousands of sellers' volume is pooled into one bulk contract, so a seller ships at rates they could not negotiate alone. Every shipment shows carrier prices side by side and you pick the best one.

How does a shipping aggregator work?

An aggregator signs contracts with carriers in its own name and opens those rates to its users. You create the shipment in the dashboard, the label is issued under the aggregator's contract, tracking is collected in one place, and a single invoice covers every carrier at month end.

Which countries do you serve?

Shipzone currently handles domestic shipments in Türkiye with carriers operating there. The dashboard and API are available in Turkish and English; cross-border shipping and additional countries are on our roadmap.

Which e-commerce platforms can I connect?

Accepted Answer

Shipzone connects to online stores and pulls orders automatically. Marketplaces (such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada or N11) are out of scope because they issue their own shipping labels — those orders already ship under the marketplace's own carrier contract.

What do I need to sign up?

A tax certificate or tax-exemption document. After phone and email verification your document is reviewed; the dashboard stays open until then, but labels cannot be created.

Is there a commission or platform fee?

Accepted Answer

No. Shipzone is free to use and no commission is added to the shipping fee. The shipment amount is deducted from your wallet balance.

How is invoicing handled?

One invoice is issued at month end covering all your shipments. You never deal with separate carrier invoices.

What if my declared volume is wrong?

If the carrier's own measurement differs, we work both ways: underpayment is charged, overpayment is refunded. Every correction is recorded with its reason.

Can I connect my own carrier contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add your contract to your account and ship at your own rates while using Shipzone's automation, tracking and reporting at no extra cost.

Can I ship cash on delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, just enable it in settings. Cash and card options vary by carrier; the collection amount is entered when creating the shipment.

Question 11

How is volume calculated?

Accepted Answer

Volume = (W × H × L) / 3000. Actual weight is compared with volume and the greater one is charged. Each parcel is calculated separately.

Is there an API?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A REST API and webhooks are available; generate a token in the dashboard and create shipments straight from your own system.
