Frequently asked questions
These answers describe how the system actually works — not marketing copy.
Account and approval
How long does opening an account take?
Your panel opens the moment you submit the form and set a password. You can prepare your address book while your document is reviewed; only label creation waits for approval.
Which document do you need?
A current tax certificate, or an exemption document if you hold a small-trader tax exemption. You do not need to upload it during signup — we request it by email during the review.
What can I do before approval?
You can sign in and prepare your address book and draft shipments. Labels CANNOT be created before approval — creating one starts the carrier's meter.
Pricing and payment
What do I pay Shipzone?
Your plan subscription only. The carrier you signed with invoices you for the shipping fee.
What if it measures more than I declared?
The carrier measures the package and the difference appears on the invoice the carrier issues to you. Shipzone takes no part in that difference.
Do you add markup on my own contract?
No. On a shipment under your own contract the price is read from your agreement and nothing is added on top.
Shipping and tracking
Do I need an account to track?
No. Both you and the recipient can see a shipment with the tracking number, without signing up.
Can I cancel a shipment?
Yes, before it is handed to the carrier. The cancellation is sent to the carrier too.
Do I have to print the barcode?
No. You can print the barcode or simply give the courier the shipping code.
