Sürat Kargo
If you have your own Sürat Kargo contract you can connect it to Shipzone. This page lists the details the carrier asks for and the points people get stuck on.
If you have SEPARATE Sürat accounts for prepaid and cash-on-delivery, add them as TWO separate connections. Each one gets its own name (e.g. “Prepaid account” and “COD account”) and they appear as two separate rows in price comparison.
What does Sürat Kargo ask for?
These fields appear in the panel under exactly these names. A required field left empty stops the save — being told in the form beats a missing credential failing on your first shipment.

How to connect
- Open your Shipzone account and sign in to the panel.
- Pick the carrier under My Carriers.
- Enter the fields above exactly as they appear on the document the carrier gave you.
- Upload your own tariff (zones, city-by-city matrix, volume bands) — no price can be calculated until all three are in place.
How are your credentials stored?
Credentials you enter are stored encrypted in the database and are never shown again on any screen. If no encryption key is configured the record is not saved at all; plaintext is never written.
How is the charge calculated?
Carriers charge on volumetric weight rather than actual weight, and always bill the GREATER of the two. If a package measures more than you declared, the difference appears on the invoice.
No contract of your own?
You can also ship at Shipzone's bulk-contract rates. A tax certificate or a small-trader exemption document is all it takes.
